Miami Kids Magazine App (the "App") is provided by Miami Kids LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the App. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
We do not use analytics SDKs. The App and its providers may receive minimal technical data necessary to provide the service (e.g., IP address for routing and security, device/OS/app version logs on errors).
If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile info (name, email, provider-specific user ID) per the provider's terms.
The App does not request or use precise location, camera, microphone, media library, or push notifications. We do not knowingly collect government IDs, financial account numbers, health data, or other special-category data.
We do not use your information for personalized advertising or remarketing.
Where applicable, we rely on: Contract (to provide the App you requested); Legitimate interests (security, preventing abuse, improving reliability); and Consent where required by law.

The App is a general-audience app and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (U.S.) / 16 (EEA/UK). If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at karla@miamikidsmagazine.com and we will delete it.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When it is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or anonymize it.
